If you do not already have a specific project in mind, our catalog offers a wide range of home to chose from.
We'll provide you with a fully detailed estimate of your project enabling you to assess the value of each section proposed.
In agreement with our contactors, they will provide you with estimates for the labor only. We set up an account for you with a construction material dealer, thus saving you up to 20% on the purchase of building materials. You don't have to worry about a thing, we take care of calculating the exact specifications and quantity schedules required for building your home.
Our contractors are selected after several years of partnership. The firms we work with, such as the building construction firm of Mr. Daniel Ambrosino, with us for the past 27 years, hold serious quality references.
We check and regularly request the updates of professional liability and "ten-year guarantee" insurance coverage from all our contractors.
We provide site management and contractor coordination. We also supply the client and contractors with a detailed weekly report featuring photos showing the progress of the operation (digital photos may even be sent via e-mail).
We'll take care of getting you in touch with the various public utilities: electricity, water and telephone companies.
10% of the total project cost, up to 305 000 euro.
8% of the total project cost, from 305 000 euro to 765 000 euro.
6% for projects above 765 000.
